Benim Denim offers free first-class shipping on all orders. Delivered by Postnord in 3-6 business days.

For customers living within the European Union, free first-class shipping is offered on all orders. These orders will be delivered in 2-6 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive.

We are currently not shipping Benim Denim to countries outside Sweden or the European Union. 

Benim Denim accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the items in an unused condition and Benim Denim will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

You are able to exchange your item(s) into a different item of the same value upon receipt of returned items are presented. However, this is based on the stock availability of the specific item. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. 

Benim Denim is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the Benim Denim office. The return shipping fee is not covered by Benim Denim, therefore the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@benimdenim.com. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.

If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Benim Denim’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Benim Denim cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging.

Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. Benim Denim will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. Please note that Benim Denim will not refund the return shipping fee. In case we receive a written notice and proof of return within 14 days upon arrival, Benim Denim will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
